What Qualifies as DOA
- Dead on arrival (DOA) means plants that are dead or severely damaged upon delivery.
- Normal transit stress (slight wilting) does not qualify.
- Cold or heat damage qualifies if no heat pack was declined.
- Claims require more than 20% of the order to be affected.
How to File a Claim
- Email support@seah.co within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of damaged plants.
- Photos must show the damage clearly — whole tray and close-ups.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Resolution Options
- Store credit applied to your account.
- Replacement shipment on next available ship date.
- Resolution is at our discretion based on photos provided.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal transit stress or slight wilting.
- Cold damage if heat pack was declined.
- Claims filed after 48 hours of delivery.
- Damage caused after delivery.
