What Qualifies as DOA

  • Dead on arrival (DOA) means plants that are dead or severely damaged upon delivery.
  • Normal transit stress (slight wilting) does not qualify.
  • Cold or heat damage qualifies if no heat pack was declined.
  • Claims require more than 20% of the order to be affected.

How to File a Claim

  • Email support@seah.co within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of damaged plants.
  • Photos must show the damage clearly — whole tray and close-ups.
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Resolution Options

  • Store credit applied to your account.
  • Replacement shipment on next available ship date.
  • Resolution is at our discretion based on photos provided.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal transit stress or slight wilting.
  • Cold damage if heat pack was declined.
  • Claims filed after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Damage caused after delivery.
