Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order through Succulent BASE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


Wholesale Account Eligibility

  • Wholesale pricing is available to verified business customers only (nurseries, garden centers, florists, landscapers, retailers, and similar trades).
  • You must apply for and receive approval for a wholesale account before placing orders.
  • Providing false information during the application process will result in account termination.
  • Succulent BASE reserves the right to approve or deny any account application at its discretion.

Orders & Pricing

  • All orders are subject to a minimum order quantity of 10 trays.
  • Prices are listed per tray and are subject to change without notice.
  • Volume discounts are applied automatically based on order quantity at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to availability, pricing errors, or account status.
  • Orders are not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation from us.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of order unless you have been approved for Net 30 terms.
  • Accepted payment methods: major credit cards, Zelle, ACH bank transfer, and approved Net 30 accounts.
  • Late payments on Net 30 accounts may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
  • We reserve the right to place accounts on hold for non-payment.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Custom or specially sourced orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@succulentbase.com.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Succulent BASE ships weekly from our facility in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product photos, descriptions, logos, and branding — is the property of Succulent BASE and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Succulent BASE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.


Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
