By accessing or placing an order through Succulent BASE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• Anyone may create an account and place an order on Succulent BASE. No application or approval is required to buy.
• Products are sold by the tray. Orders of 10 or more trays automatically receive wholesale tier pricing at checkout; smaller orders are charged the listed per-tray price plus a small-order handling fee shown at checkout.
• Sales tax exemption and custom pricing on standing 100+ tray orders are optional programs you may apply for; neither is required to place an order. Providing false information in an application may result in account termination.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

• There is no minimum order. Orders of 10 or more trays receive wholesale tier pricing automatically at checkout.
• Prices are listed per tray and are subject to change without notice.
• Volume discounts are applied automatically based on order quantity at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to availability, pricing errors, or account status.
• Orders are not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation from us.

• Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated and charged at checkout on all orders, based on your shipping address, in states where Succulent BASE is registered to collect.
• Prices shown on the site exclude sales tax.
• Customers purchasing for resale may apply for exemption by submitting a valid state resale or exemption certificate through our Tax Exemption application. Approved exemptions apply to orders placed after approval.
• If you believe tax was charged in error on a completed order, contact us within 30 days of the order and we will review it. California resellers may also claim tax paid on goods resold prior to use on their own sales and use tax return.
• You are responsible for keeping your certificate current and for any tax liability arising from an invalid or expired certificate.

• Succulent BASE ships weekly from our facility in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

All content on this website — including product photos, descriptions, logos, and branding — is the property of Succulent BASE and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Succulent BASE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
